Chamber Ambassadors

 

The Ambassadors are made up of a group of Junior and Seniors from our community.  These students volunteer their time and energy at Chamber functions while serving as an Ambassador.  A scholarship of $1500 will be awarded at the end of the school year to a senior(s) who have shown exempletory community services and educational achievements.

Caniya Burroughs

Hello! My name is Caniya Burroughs. I am a 17 year old Senior at Thomasville High School. I am Captain of The THS Tiger Paw Dance Team as well as a member of the following clubs and organizations; Peer Helpers; National Technical Honors Society; Upward Bound; ETS; HOSA; Thomasiana Yearbook Staff; FBLA; and Leo Club. This past spring I participated in Clarke County DYW and won two scholarships.  I am an active member of Elam C.M.E Church and I also attend Little Walker C.M.E. I plan to attend the University of Alabama and major in Communications. I also plan to get certified in American Sign Language. I recently completed my certification in Child Development as a Dual Enrollment student. I am currently completing another Dual Enrollment program through Coastal Alabama. In my spare time I love practicing my culinary skills & I love spending time with my friends and loved ones. I look forward to representing my city as an ambassador once again.

Ju'Liyah Bridges

Hi my name is Ju’Liyah Bridges, I am currently a junior at Thomasville Highschool. I am 16 years old, and I am a very involved student at THS, such as being an active member of Leo Club, Health Occupations Students of America, Future Business Leaders of America, Student Council, National Technical Honor Society, Homecoming Committee, Thomasiana Yearbook, Educational Talent Search, Upward Bound, and THS Tigers Paws. My hobbies include fishing and baking. I look forward to representing the city of Thomasville as an ambassador.

 

Anna Kate Jones

My name is Anna Kate Jones. I am 16 years old and a junior at Clarke Prep. I am a CPS varsity cheerleader, a member of the National Honor Society, and the National Beta Club. I am also a member of Pineview Baptist Church. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my friends and family, listening to music, water sports, and gymnastics.

Micah Vick

Hi, I am Micah Vick, a junior at Clarke Prep School. I enjoy staying active and involved in school activities, with a love for volleyball and a passion for cheering on the Clarke Prep team. Spending time with friends and pets and prioritizing workouts are what I enjoy. My positive attitude and dedication to helping others makes me involved in my community and school.

India Ward

Hi, my name is India Ward and I am a junior at Thomasville High School. I am involved in student council, Upward Bound, Educational Talent Search, and I am apart of the Thomasville varsity volleyball team. Also, I am a member of the Thomasville Church of God in Christ. Lastly, my hobbies include fishing, hunting, and reading my Bible. I am very excited to work with my community and learn many new things being an ambassador. 

Madison McCreary

My name is Madison McCreary and I am a senior at Thomasville HIgh School. I am an active member of the cheer team and I currently serve as cheer captian. I am also apart of the following clubs: Mu Alpha Theta, National Honor Society, National Technical Honor Society and Leo Club. My favorite hobbies include swimming, reading, spedning time with family and playing with my dog, Coco. Upon graduation, I plan to further my education at a 4-year institution.

 

Maura Kate Morris

Hey there! My name is Maura Kate Morris. I am 17 years old. I am a senior at Thomasville High School. At school, I am a member of the Yearbook Staff. I attend Thomasville Baptist Church, where I am a member of the Youth Group and Student Leadership Team. I plan to attend college at the University of Alabama and major in Human Environmental Sciences. After I receive my undergraduate degree, I plan to attend law school to become a Child Advocacy Attorney.

 

Jaden Robinson

My name is Jaden Robinson. I am 18 years old and a senior at Thomasville High School. I am involved in several clubs such as: Nhs, Nths, Fbla, Mu Alpha Theta, and Ets. I am also a football player for the Thomasville Tiger Football Team, and a Thrower for the Thomasville Track and Field Team. I am a active  member of Thomasville Baptist Church. There, I serve on the Student Leadership Team. In my free time I like to go fishing, and hangout with my friends and family. 

Aniya Law

Hello, my name is Aniya Law. I am 17 years and attend Thomasville High School. I am apart of the cheer team, HOSA, National Honor Society, and the Upward Bound program. I plan to go to the University of Alabama at Birmingham to major in Nursing. As an ambassador this year, I look forward to representing our town.

Gabrielle Stubbs

Hello, my name is Gabrielle Stubbs and I am a junior at Thomasville high school. I am currently involved in multiple clubs and organizations such as FBLA, ETS, Upward Bound, Diamond Dolls, and Leo Club. I am also a dual enrollment student at Coastal Alabama Community College. My hobbies include reading, writing and cooking.  After high school, I plan on attending the University of Alabama to pursue a law career. I love giving back to my community and I can't wait to see what this year as an ambassador holds for me.

Alex Schreiner

Hello, my name is Alex Schreiner. I am a Junior at Thomasville High School. I am in the THS Band and I play the trombone. In my free time I like to hang out with my friends and family.

Chase Dickinson

Hi, my name is Chase Dickinson, I am a 17-year-old senior, and I attend Thomasville High School. I play varsity football, basketball and (run)track. I am a member of FBLA, HOSA, ETS and Upward Bound. I am also currently a dual enrollment student at Coastal Alabama Community College. I am a member of New Hope #1 Baptist Church. I enjoy spending time with family and friends, watching sports and listening to music. After graduation I plan to attend a four year college. I’m excited to serve Thomasville as an Ambassador again this year.

Cameron Hosea

Hi, my name is Cam Hosea I am a 16 year old junior, and I attend Thomasville High School. I play varsity football and basketball. I am a member of ETS. I am also a dual enrollment student at Costal Alabama Community College. I am a member of Independent Missionary Baptist Church. I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. I also enjoy listening to music and playing sports. After Graduation I plan to go to an 4 year college and pursue a degree in travel nursing. I’m excited to have the opportunity to serve Thomasville as an Ambassador this year
